Holiday Package Terms & Conditions
Holiday treatment packages, seasonal promotions, prepaid banks, and bundled service offerings available through this online store are subject to the following additional Terms & Conditions. These terms operate in addition to the Practice’s Return & Refund Policy and are incorporated into the general Terms of Service.
1. Elective Nature of Services
All aesthetic treatments offered through holiday packages are elective procedures. They involve a combination of medical science, provider expertise, patient compliance with medical advice, and artistic judgment. As with all medical aesthetic services, results cannot be guaranteed and individual outcomes vary.
2. Medical Consultation Required
All treatments purchased online require an in-person medical consultation for safety and eligibility. Purchase of a package represents a request for services and not a guarantee of treatment. The provider reserves full discretion to determine candidacy based on medical history, examination, and clinical judgment.
3. Same-Day Treatment Not Guaranteed
Purchasing a package online does not guarantee same-day treatment. All services must be scheduled in advance based on provider availability.
4. Scheduling Window
Holiday packages and promotional bundles must be completed within 12 months from the date of purchase. These scheduling windows reflect clinical guidelines, treatment sequencing, and the expected way skin responds over time. The Practice may evaluate exceptions on a case-by-case basis for legitimate medical reasons.
5. Non-Transferability
Holiday packages, promotional bundles, prepaid banks, and complimentary skincare items are non-transferable. They may be used only by the patient who purchased them.
6. Package Structure & Promotional Pricing
Holiday packages are sold as bundled offerings. Promotional pricing applies only when packages are purchased and used as designed. Packages may not be divided, exchanged, or altered to maintain promotional pricing. Treatments performed outside the bundle structure will be billed at standard professional fees.
7. Complimentary Skincare
Any complimentary skincare items included with holiday packages are provided as a courtesy and carry no independent cash value. Items in skincare bundles cannot be exchanged, refunded, or substituted. Complimentary skincare is provided in person only and after completion of any one treatment unless otherwise specified.
8. Promotional Limitations
Holiday promotional pricing is valid only during the stated promotional window. No additional discounts, coupon codes, or third-party promotions may be combined with these offers. Pricing cannot be adjusted retroactively or extended past the promotional dates.
9. Pricing & Availability
All standard professional fees are subject to change without notice, and product or service availability may vary. In the unlikely event that a treatment becomes unavailable after purchase due to factors outside the Practice’s control—such as manufacturer backorders, product recalls, federal or state regulatory updates, or safety advisories—the Practice will provide an appropriate alternative or, if no suitable substitute exists, issue a refund or office credit for the affected portion of the package while honoring the promotional bundled pricing of services already rendered. These accommodations apply only when the disruption is not related to patient-initiated factors.
10. Product Selection & Loyalty Programs
All wrinkle relaxer and dermal filler treatments are performed using authentic, FDA-approved products, including Botox®, Xeomin®, Juvéderm®, and Restylane. The specific product used will be selected by the provider based on safety, suitability, and clinical judgment. Holiday packages do not guarantee a particular brand, and brand requests may not always be accommodated.
Loyalty programs (such as Alle, Aspire, or Xperience) may only be applied at the time of treatment, subject to program rules and product availability. Loyalty points cannot be used to discount or reduce the purchase price of holiday packages, prepaid banks, or bundled services.
11. Provider Discretion
The Practice may decline, pause, modify, or redirect any treatment if it is deemed not medically appropriate or safe. Treatment decisions are based on clinical findings, patient health changes, and the provider’s professional judgment. When safety-related changes impact a prepaid package, any financial adjustments will follow the Practice’s established Return & Refund Policy and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
12. Misrepresentation
Providing false, inaccurate, or incomplete medical information may result in cancellation of services, denial of treatment, forfeiture of promotional pricing, and the Practice’s refusal to provide any further treatments.
13. Acceptance
By purchasing a holiday package or promotional bundle, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Holiday Package Terms & Conditions, and that they apply alongside all standard Terms of Service and the Return & Refund Policy.
GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE
SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase or manage.
